PSE&G and JCP&L pay direct rebates per kWh saved. NJ SuSI pays $0.085/kWh × 15 years on solar. Federal ITC covers 30% of solar capex. 179D pays up to $5.81/sqft on tax-exempt buildings. BidVolt files them all on one project so the owner only sees the net cost.
